 se Rallying to the Concours will receive full instructions from our Rally 
 Master.&nbsp\; Participants arrive between 9 am and 10:00. The Event opens
  to the public from 11 am to 2:00 pm. Lunch is served at noon.&nbsp\;&nbsp
